Pastor DANNIE BRAYBOY 

Pastor Brayboy has been at The Way since May 2016. He serves as the congregation's church leader, head teacher, and shepherd.

​Pastor Brayboy oversees all church ministries and delivers messages from God's Word on Sundays and Wednesdays.  Pastor Brayboy is an Army veteran and retired JROTC instructor from Paramount High School. He is working toward a Master of Divinity at Talbot Seminary. He is married to Cynthia and has three children.

FACILITIES MANAGER RICK KEE

Rick is a long-time leader and servant at The Way. He oversees our facilities, their maintenance, and use, as well as grounds and landscaping. Rick is also a deacon who leads worship, oversees security, and is involved in church administration.

​Rick is a retired officer for the Department of Homeland Security. He is married to wife Oneyda and has three children, two grown and one in high school. Rick gives a lot of time serving God through the church and practicing his musical talents.

CUSTODIAN Oneyda kee

Oneyda serves in a variety of essential capacities at The Way. She is responsible for facility upkeep and stocking, landscaping, and kitchen management. Oneyda assists in preparing for events Sunday services.

​Oneyda is a life-long member of The Way Christian Fellowship and beloved sister to the entire congregation.

Melanie Dator

​Melanie's primary function is to oversee all activities of the church office by providing administrative support for pastors and staff.  Some of her administrative duties include answering phone calls, managing schedules, filing, and generating programs for services.
