DANNIE BRAYBOY // pastor
Dannie has been at The Way since May of 2016. He serves as church leader, head teacher, and shepherd of the congregation. Danny oversees all church ministries and delivers messages from the Word on Sunday and Wednesday.
Dannie is an Army veteran and currently teaches JROTC at Paramount High School. He is working toward a Masters of Theology at Talbot Seminary. He is married to wife Cynthia and has three children, one grown and two in high school.

JASE LUCAS // next generation pastor
Jase has served at The Way with young people since March 2017. He oversees programming and development for students birth thru college. Jase's main concentration is youth in middle school and high school, where he teaches and preaches regularly.
Jase is a full-time student and part-time marketing consultant. He attends Biola University, where he studies public relations. In his free time, Jase enjoys hiking and cooking with friends.

RICK KEE // facilities manager
Rick is a long-time leader and servant at The Way. He oversees our facilities, their maintenance, and use, as well as grounds and landscaping. Rick is also a deacon who leads worship, oversees security, and is involved in church administration.
Rick is a retired officer for the Department of Homeland Security. He is married to wife Oneyda and has three children, two grown and one in high school. Rick gives a lot of time serving God through the church and practicing his musical talents.
PAM JOHNSON // custodian
Pam serves in a variety of essential capacities at The Way. She is responsible for facility upkeep and stocking, landscaping, and kitchen management. Pam assists in preparing for events Sunday services.
Pam is a life-long member of The Way Christian Fellowship and beloved sister to the entire congregation. She enjoys spending time with her children. Fun fact: Pam's mother was also on staff at The Way.
MAKAYLA SMITH // administrative assistant
Makayla joined The Way in September 2017. She oversees church administration including correspondence, finances, and office management. Makayla prepares the weekly bulletin and monthly calendar, and supports the pastoral staff on a daily basis.
Makayla is a film student at Biola University hoping to one day work behind-the-scenes in Hollywood. At Biola, Makayla is involved with student government and movie-making projects. Makayla is also involved as a leader overseeing kids in our NextGen Ministry.
